- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the tour.
- Payment methods accepted include credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation by the Client must be made in writing.
- If the Client cancels more than 30 days before the tour, they will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of the tour start date.
- If GoTravio cancels the tour for any reason, Clients will receive a full refund.
4. Changes to Bookings
- Any changes requested by the Client must be made in writing and are subject to availability and additional charges.
- GoTravio reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary or services in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or political instability.
5. Travel Documents
- Clients are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits.
- GoTravio is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
6. Health and Safety
- Clients must inform GoTravio of any pre-existing medical conditions or disabilities that may affect their participation in the tour.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the activities planned.
- GoTravio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit to participate for health or safety reasons.
7. Liability
- GoTravio will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by Clients during the tour unless caused by the negligence of GoTravio or its representatives.
- Clients are advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential risks, including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on the GoTravio website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GoTravio and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the website without prior written permission from GoTravio.
9. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from the use of GoTravio’s services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Assam.
